Moss Brew Co. is a craft brewing company in the Barossa Valley with a focus on non alcoholic, healthy, but distinctively yummy beverages. We specialise in fruit forward Kombucha that is low in sugar and has no added fillers or sweeteners; as well as Nitro Cold Brew Coffee, using Barossa Coffee Roasters beans.

Simple, fresh and honest; our booch is brewed using locally sourced, in-house cold pressed juice and organic Green Sencha Tea. Moss Brew Co. drinks can be mixed with your favourite spirit, experiment with cocktails or pour them straight over ice- we know you'll love it!

Who we are…

Ryan Remillard, owner and brewer, was curious about finding a way to improve his health journey after his sports career finished up. Along with running and intermittent fasting, he wanted to look further into gut health and immunity, which brought him to non-alcoholic fermented beverages.

After sampling a lot of the Kombucha on the market, he found that many had added sweeteners and additives, so decided to use his home beer brewing knowledge to start brewing booch for himself. After years of perfecting the recipes, Moss Brew Co. was created brewing fruit forward kombucha that can be enjoyed by all ages.

Brewed in the Barossa Valley, Ryan believes in real; real kombucha brewed the way it was meant to be brewed. No fillers, no sweeteners, just organic green tea kombucha and fruit juice; cold pressed and locally sourced. Simple right?
